1. How will you know my hearing loss?
There’s hearing test on the app (hearMore) so your hearing-assisting devices will match per your test results. If you found any sounds that not so natural for listening, you could directly have the EQ fine-tuned via the 5-band equalizer. More functions awaiting your discovery.
2. How will you know the struction of my inside ear?
Techmi’s hearing aids are all with universal earplugs – one size fits almost all ears.
3. Is it the kind of hearing aids with Bluetooth streaming?
Nope, the Base Pro-Reliable hearing aid is just with Bluetooth function to connect with your phone app for hearing test and EQ fine-tune. It is a normal device with hearing compensation for those with moderate to severe hearing loss, not available for phone call or music listen.
4. Where can I download the app?
HearMore app is available for Android and iOS. To download, please search “hearMore” via app store or “Techmi” via Google play. If any question about it, feel free to contact us.
5. How many channels are there with your hearing aids?
The current model Base Pro-Reliable is an economic version hearing aids, which is designed with 8 digital channels for sound process. New models with more digital sound processing channels will be coming in the future. If any ideas about it, please feel free to share.
6. If I’m not a retail dealer, can I still purchase the hearing aids from you? Do I need to separately pay for shipment?
Sure, both direct consumers and retail dealers are welcome to Techmi store. But retail price is a bit higher than that of bulk purchasing. Shipment freight will be separately counted for each order, no matter retail order or bulk orders. Wanna more details, please contact us!
7. I’m a retail dealer, how can I get a sample?
Same as that of direct consumer, you can place the order of 1 unit via Techmi store. When you place bulk orders based on MOQ, the sample fee will be deducted.
8. For bulk orders, can I print our logo on the product and change the product color?
Yes, OEM/ODM are part of our value-adding service. But there are MOQ for the logo printing and color changing of the products. For more details, please contact us before ordering!
9. For bulk order, can I ask you to put our logo onto the app instead of yours?
Yes, your company logo can be put onto the app and we can have the app design slight changed based on your requirements too. But please note as manufacturer, our company info will be described as info too. More details, please contact us!
