Tips
When we DIY custom earphones, we can use the same resin material of what we make shells to fixate the drivers inside the Shell and glue on the Faceplate, the transparent resin is better, It will be almost invisible because it is clear UV Acrylic and blends in with the Shell. You should be able to substitute this with the UV glue or other types of glue.
Curing Time for different color and brands of resin:
1, The more dark and opaque, the longer the curing time. Black opaque UV Acrylic will need around 30 minutes to an hour as it doesn't let much UV Light through.
2, Nicefit Clear and Fotoplast Clear; 1 Min 30 Sec
3, Fotoplast Black Transparent and Blue Transparent; 6 – 8 Min
4, Fotoplast Red Transparent; 6 Min
5, Fotoplast Purple (Blue and Red mixed); 6 – 8 Min
6, Nicefit mixed with Resin Obsession White Opaque; 20 Min
7, Example: You can mix Purple with clear UV acrylic to make it a lighter color or add black transparent acrylic to make it darker. Feel free to mix and match the UV Acrylic of a Brand to create different colors. (Mix different Brands at your own Risk, as there are different Chemicals used in different Brand's UV Acrylics)
Note please: Yellowish(437) actually looks like beige color
