Q1 What is your terms of payment?
A:   For items in stock, Pay 100% before shipment. For make to order items, 30% as deposit by T/T before producing, 70% balance by the BL copy before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q2 Can you produce according to the samples?
A:   Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We are a company integrating manufacturer and industry, but we can also produce the sample, and build the molds and fixtures.
Q3 What is your sample policy?
A:   We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q4 How about the quality of your products  ?   
A:   We have a professional QC team to strictly inspect and control every section during producing, products’ quality is not a problem. Furthermore, we will 100% test before delivery, and we are “Alibaba” verified golden supplier, so you can absolutely trust us.
Q5 How about the shipping terms?
A:   It could be shipped by FedEx,DHL,TNT,UPS, EMS etc for small quantity or samples.
For bulk shipping, it could be shipped by air or by sea.
The feature of shipping by air: fast but expensive The advance of shipping by sea:economy but slower than by air.
